Did I mention I'm in to trousers lately? Well it's true. They're great.
In this neutral colour scheme world I've been living in, I have to make it interesting somehow.
Printed Pants.
And technically they're coloured... just a very dark green and navy blue combination- so still technically considered neutrals... but throw me a freakin bone here.

Spoiler Alert- my brother actually gave me these trousers as a Christmas present. The boys' got geed taste hey!
Trousers are such a great wardrobe staple! They are appropriate for so many occasions and are the definition of true versatility! And they look super cool paired with sneakers!

Since I'm big into layering- I decided to throw multiple textures and (sort of) colours into this look. I kept the dark green and navy plaid trouser as the focal piece of the outfit and paired a longer olive coloured button up shirt under a rib knit black turtle neck sweater. For that extra layer, and contrast in colour, I paired the ever so loved linen trench over top... and of course, no outfit is complete without the snakeskin sneaks and vintage leather cross body bag!
